Quality Engineer
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of the assigned product or component.
Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
Documents data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures.
Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities.
Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.
Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality activities.
Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management.
Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality activities
Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards.
PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Corrective Action, 8D, AS-9100 experience required.

Engineering Manager
Oversees engineering operations for the company and manages the engineering team, including setting expectations and deadlines, providing training/developmental opportunities and feedback and ensuring goals are met in an efficient and effective manner. Manages engineering projects; generates time lines, and allocates personnel and resources. Performs liaison functions between Engineering and all manufacturing operations including purchasing, quality control, sales, accounting, and manufacturing departments. Develops and creates engineering processes specific to operating objectives; works with leadership to define corporate direction. In addition, will ensure that company operating and cost efficiencies are obtained, quality and safety standards are achieved, and customer delivery deadlines are met.

Master Scheduler
The Master Production Scheduler is responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. The qualified individual will be responsible for providing the plant with a monthly production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. The sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints will be used to develop production plans, by month, for a rolling three month period. Strong collaboration with the Business Managers, Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Management will be critical to meeting business goals.

Education Level: (minimum)
BA/BS degree
Preferred Areas of Study: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operation Research
Experience in managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements
Experience using MRP / ERP systems, especially Epicoc
